"A .22 won't do jack..."

I suppose I should be happy that where I work didn't treat me the way this guy's job did. He happened to talk about the VT shootings in a more mundane manner, and he got fired. He also did comics based on his experience (very, very well drawn, imho).

This second one is what gets my attention. I said these EXACT SAME WORDS while explaining why a .22 was a worthless pistol for shooting someone. I live in a room with high ceilings and low cubie walls. The entire farm turned to listen to me explain to this kid (male) about how guns work and what a .357 does to the trunk of a body, and how armor piercing bullets work, and how easy it is to get a hold of a rocket launcher if you're determined.
And the girl in the last panel? She looks just like me, I swear to God.

After explaining the downfalls of the .22, I heard a girl next to me say, "I'm gonna watch out for her." I went home that night with fear in my heart, expecting HR to call me in and give me the grilling this guy got. And I probably would have said these same words. "I'm not gonna go postal today, honest!"
